Red River Gorge Ziplining and Out the Top Adventures are in our neighborhood - Ask me about the discount when you book with us. 

 The maximum occupancy for our rental is 6 guests.  We have 2 bedrooms & a loft with 4 beds.  Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Loft Area - 2 Twins

Dockside Cabin  includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels (bath and hot tub), Hi-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs, a 6 person hot tub, 1 kayak, 1 canoe and a selection of board games.

Check-in is 4pm (Eastern) and Check-out is 10am (Eastern)

If you require different check-in or check-out time, we’ll do our best to accommodate it for an additional fee. But please bear in mind you’ll need to let us know beforehand.

If we have guests leaving or arriving that day it will be almost impossible to accommodate the request due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

Receive 100.00% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; 

Receives 50.00% refund of total booking if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; 

No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
